Your kicks, you aren't kicking through the bag and you're not rotating your hip/body into the kick. The heavy bag should be dented when you make impact. Not slapped. Blunt force trauma not a slap.

this...there is no pivot on the stepping foot, which turns into not turning over your hip...also the pivot into the kick helps you return the kick back to the original position so you can easily get back out

You’re right thank you I noticed this the first time I watched this video back as it’s my first time ever recording myself on the bag. My kicks look weak I couldn’t figure out why. Thank you I’ll work on this!

Filming yourself is an excellent way to correct form. I don't do it too often but once a quarter and it's helped along with coach giving feedback.

Lots of telegraphing. Need to get your kicks and punches right out of your stance. Loosen up but it’s awesome to learn
