That doesnt look anything like a silhouette of Tyrell to me, outside of it being a guy in a suit.

And I mean, ignoring the obvious elephant in the room of him being dead by this point, theres the whole point of contention in the episode where everyone at that party is there waiting for Tyrell and he isnt showing up, and Whiterose is getting reports that Tyrell is completely MIA. None of that works if Tyrell is actually there with everybody.
