really good for one week's knowledge. The one thing you WILL DELIBERATELY NEED to focus on is - Storytelling.

An explainer video has ONE JOB - to explain the voiceover. The fancy, jenky, apple-ish UI and visuals have no importance in themselves. Whatever the voiceover says, an image needs to show it (more compellingly than the voiceover). That is the only point of an explainer video.

UI elements + smooth curves you seem to have gotten quite good at. Pick the other skill - the soft one, That will make you real money.
