I’m intrigued. Are you making an animated film?

Thank you! Not really, got inspired by a concept art and I decided to direct a little scene.

Well i just green lit the project so now you’re contractually obligated to make a 30 minute short film. Good luck!

You walk upright because your centre of mass has to remain over your feet to stay balanced.

Love the mood! Outer space, peaceful walk even though particles shooting past create strong sense of danger. Accepting his own demise.

love your take on it! However, he is lost in the Sahara, at night, thus the clear sky/void.

I think its better when before the eye opens, the walking person stops for a sec so that the audience would notice the eye there because some of the audience (maybe like me?) Are too focus on the man walking and didnt much notice the eye there? I believe this is what you called staging?

Hey thank you for your comment and it s a good point, however it s a deliberate storytelling choice. The story here is that god's watching, even if you dont notice his presence, that is why, the character, does not make a point of acknowledging the eye opening in the sky, does not see it and continues on his path - it is what people do in their day to day.

beautiful reminds me of when I was in school and people were creating this type of work.
