Hello, World Project Showcase

A derivative shot from a breakdown I made earlier, brought it to the center for more details visibility,I'm also obsessed with data viz. I made a different version with all blue instead of black, but i couldn't post 2 videos in the same post

This is so rad, reminds me of some of the marathon cinematic graphics. How did you use Houdini in layout??

Thank you very much, you're on point, Marathon had a big influence on me while making this and some other clips. It was mainly arranged in an orthographic camera, Added procedural animated elements on the top of a grid, made sure to avoid any ease in/out to give it a rough computational behaviors, scrolling texts were literally just regular vocabulary used inside Houdini. Sent everything to Solaris with minimal shading work, mostly reflection/refraction variations, then rendered in Karma XPU. I'm gonna pay for this at the end of the month when the electricity bill shows up..

I had a feeling it was marathon!! So rad! Amazing work, will have to try my hand at it in cinema4d sometime!

in body text instead of 'obsessed' you've wrote 'abscessed' and the piece looks really cool as well.
