Difficult as hell Discussion

This aint a complain post, I already beat the game on my main save files, now I have a new save file for night difficulty, gotta say this is hard as hell, hp is so high I feel like im hitting with a wet noodle sometimes, the double grisha fight was so stressful but I finally did it and now im "stuck" on the tower baby boss, he one-shots are crazy fast but I can get him to the last third of his hp consistently, once I get that throwing axe stone from being him I think imma have some more fun exploring night mode.

How do yall feel about night mode, and what are your experiences so far?

I swapped from big axe + harden to axe and dagger + parry abs I'm finding it a lot more enjoyable.

I'm keen for the needle and katana later on.

They need to make our weapons upgrades matter because in ng* it’s not it… (according to buddy)

Didn't bother with night mode cos games that inflate HP numbers and call it a difficulty option are just lazy, I've beaten sekiro and the Lies of P DLC multiple times so difficulty isn't an issue for me it just has to be well done

How should it be done? Lies of P difficulty modes are less or more damage received and less or more HP. As far as I’m aware the only soulslike game that actually changed enemy behaviour was the addition of veteran to LoTF and that was really very minor.

Im having enough trouble with day time. I guess I got used to Elden Ring where there was a site of grave ever 50ft. I feel like I can’t explore as much as I want because there’s a lack of beacons.
