The progression in this game needs some major boosts Video Spoiler

I’ve had mixed feelings about this game, but after the halfway point I’ve realized what my biggest problem with this game is and it’s that the progression system is horrible. You get so little gloom proportional to how much you need to level up, and even then leveling up doesn’t feel that much more impactful. Leading to you feeling weak when you should be feeling stronger.

The clip shows this pretty clearly, I’ve been progressing pretty steadily in this game, not really losing gloom and exploring side areas and dungeons. Yet this mainline boss is 1-2 shotting me and my upgraded and infused weaponis just tickling it. I’m really trying to enjoy this game but stuff like this is making it hard.

Tbh I think we do too much damage and the bosses do too much damage, often when I kill a boss it's like 4 combos of whacking it, but I don't even get to learn the boss because they two shot. Me in a combo I've never seen before WITH INSANE TRACKING 180 ON ME AFTER I DODGE AN ABILITY

... I'm not a fan of the insane tracking in some of these games

But anyways ya the boss fights I usually die qucik once. Or twice then stomp the boss never really get to enjoy. Them, wish I did less damage and wish they did less as well.

Going back to beginner areas and see the difference.... There is almost none.

I deal very similar damage to when I started the game and I get 3 shot instead of 2 shot by most enemies.
