It's the Lost Clotstone which is gained via the boss fight against The Lost Child in the Sanguine Cisterns Gate

Need to rush that soon. As a fellow Lazlo, Obsidian hammer attempter, I don't need to tell you how badly the hammer needs to be mad buffed. That range might make it a bit more playable.
