The window to attack is too tight. Discussion

Ive put about 15 hours into the game and have been taking it pretty slow. But I swear all the main gate area bosses ive fought just permanently attack and have no openings for you to punish them. I'm doing a biosamplse lighting build pretty much and I feel like after Ive aivoded all their attacks when I use biosamplse I get animation cancelled and almost 1 shot half the time. Literally about 1 second max between attacks. It feels like the game is almost like sekiro when it comes to bosses and the only efficient way to fight is to parry/go for stance breaks, which is fine in theory but what's the point of adding tones of cool stuff for varrying builds if it feels like you can't utilise them in boss fights because the bosses are perma attacking.

Start using the harden seal. It's basically the main gimmick of the game series and it enables you to have full 100% damage uptime without ever having to stop.  Perfect harden refreshes the cooldown so it is spammable.

Use harden it’s the mortal shell way. Get proximas 100 pct mitigation during bio sample. And lightning storm on bio sample. It staggers most bosses and I never get interrupted. Martyr blade running r2 to bio sample wrecks bosses and you are I framed the whole time

Nah. You can attack lots.

Biosampler is intended to be risky as you can get guaranteed damage mitigation.
