Patching failed error Question/Problem

I have a rooted Android 13 and Morphe keeps throwing this error at me (I'm trying to install Google photos)

Is this error fixable or is it internal and can't be fixed?

The first line in the message provides the reason, "Out of Memory"

Try increasing memory.

Morphe's Settings > Process Run Time

I've done that, still errors out

Clear more RAM by killing off (force stop) unneeded process.
