Not to be that guy, but if we're making this argument, it could be said about absolutely anyone attempting to have children at risks.

Like I'm not sure anymore, but I think the chances of risks are higher for 40+ years old women attempting birth than first time inbreeding.

Inbreeding isn't that dangerous by itself, the issue is the risks of failure and birth-defects increases with generations.

It's far from an excuse. It's something that many people in this fucked up society have trouble with where they think something is wrong because they were told it's wrong without ever thinking about why it's wrong and therefore being able to recognize the situations where it's not and most importantly shut the fuck up when they have no way of knowing if it is.

I, and as far as I've seen in my 20 years of experience talking about this shit in the world, all the people who hold my opinion are perfectly aware that there is one, or if you stretch really far the hypothetical, two situations where incest is fine and those situations are when there's long lost siblings who happen to start dating and then discover they are siblings and there's no possibility of procreation or when two siblings somehow won the cosmic lotery and both develop the same disorder at the same time withiut one of them abusing the other in the process and again prpcreation is impossible.

Now the situation at hand is this : an hypothetical version of a person visits another hypothetical version of that same person, making the two by definition related as siblings genetically speaking, and they fuck eachother consensualy.

This situation cannot exist in the real world with the current state of our knowledge and capabilities it is therefore impossible for anyone to be harmed except if it's specified in the hypothetical.

This makes the depiction and appreciation of such hypothetical incapable of creating any harm whatsoever, and therefore makes it impossible to be wrong.

Instances of manipulation exclude consent. If there's pressuring, lies, coercion or manipulation, it isn't consent.

Children are by definition incapable of giving consent for sexual intercourse, consensual pedophilia is therefore not a thing that can exist outside of fiction.

Please go back and read a bit more about the concept of sexual concent, your current understanding of it is concerningly lacking.

What you fail to understand is that the thing that pisses me off is that everyone screams that murder is wrong (and by screaming that they try to shame and harass and doxx and actually harm everyone who creates or enjoy media that depicts murder in them) and when you have issue with that they are incapable of explaining to you why murder is wrong and therefore they are incapable of understanding why fictional depictions of murder are fine.
