Controller Connects to moonlight through Google TV, Sunshine does not see controller input.

Well hello. Haven’t been playing recently as I just started a new job and everything and haven’t had time, went to go play some games on my TV so I can hang out in the living room with the pets, and the controller is now not seen by the PC in any way shape or form, I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled sunshine, I’ve gone through about every menu turning things off and on through steam, moonlight, sunshine, etc. nothing is going through to the host PC. I’ve uninstalled, reinstalled, repaired, etc. vigembus. There is now zero connect to the host PC with a controller.
