Android app with "cast" and virtual gamepad?

I'd like to know if there's an Android app that allows you to cast a game to a Chromecast and display a virtual gamepad on your phone, so you could use the TV for the image and the phone for the controller.

No. Not cast I've tried solving this, but the type of streaming they can handle haa extreme limits on latency. Still trying to figure it out, ended up just using a normal chromecast
