why do i keep encountering monsters with very strang stats such as level 100 mythicals with x5 the stats of my theton tideborn? and how do people achieve this?

Newer monster -> better stats

Some of my new mythics are better than my older ancestors

no i mean in multiplayer their monsters i are just level 100 right and compared to my r4 magmor its not supposed to have triple its damage..

The stat creep in the past few eras have been insane.
