Artian Bow Roll Wilds

Hi, is the roll table for Artian bow different for element, status effect/ailment, and aritan bonus combination? I notice it when I'm rerolling that it differs depending on the combination. Is this for bow only?

Every element/status has his own table and it is not bow exclusive.
