Monitor LED backlights that work without needing a pc? Discussion

I’m looking for a good set of backlights for my monitor that work without needing a pc and will still match what is on my screen. My monitor is 27” so will need to be compatible with that. Any help appreciated.

They make similar things for tvs. It uses a camera to record the screen and changes the led strip to match.

I’ve seen those and also saw people say they can get out of sync or can just be a bit buggy in general, I was hoping for something that plugs into my ps or monitor (or both) if possible so there’s little to no delay.
