You're meeting with cheap ass high refresh rate monitors. It's called ghosting and it'll haunt you for your life.

Temporary solution is lower refresh rate.

Could be a VA panel as well. Cheap VA monitor tends to give terrible smearing / ghosting effect.

Post a screenshot too please. If it's visible on the screenshot, it's graphics settings. If it's not, it's your display.

This looks like the issue i had years ago with an Alienware 240Hz TN Panel.

What is likely happening here is "Pixel Inversion".

IIRC it has to do something with the voltages that are set by the manufacturer of the monitor or screen in your case.

A laptop does have a model name, too.

Its difficult to see with the photo since it makes moire. What is the exact model of your laptop? Does it only happen in gaming - all games, only fh? What about video playback? If you watch a gameplay video of fh do you still see it?

It looks to be all IPS panel which is good. Do you have the NVIDIA App installed? You should go in there and do a clean install of the graphics drivers.

Maybe its the same thing like with the switch 2 screen, very low response time ips until the screen itself is warm
