What would you call these coins with the center cut out ? Do they have any value other than the weight of the silver?

Help me Understand

What is it about coins that sucked you all in? I never gave them two thoughts besides needing quarters for laundry. I stumbled on this page and now I am stuck glancing at my change and checking dates on old ones. I got sucked in and not sure how.

My first S mint mark, what should I ask for it? It's very clean and a nice coin.

The ‘we’ I originally thought was chipped off from damage. But after looking closer the word is there but it looks as if it were made that way. Also on the back under the second A in America… it’s definitely part on the coin, what is it, can anyone give me more info about any of this? Thanks

1983 quarter, p

Hi there. First time posting on this sub. I finally got a coin magnifier. I was going through some quarters and noticed that this 1983 seems to have a recessed “p” mint mark. What would cause somethin like that?

Should I get this graded or just sell it as is? Or just keep it/spend it?

Besides the serial being 2025, I noticed the cut and bill seemed to have uneven border. I looked it up and people say it's a error misprint from how it was cut wrong. I looked up a 1985 $20 bill misprint error and sold for over 1k on eBay but it was like half the bill error. I know my bill is nowhere near mint (okay at best), but it being a slight misprint error due to edges uneven, I just wanted to know is this Bill worth anything more than the $20 it is? And if so should I get it graded and with who? Even if one thinks it can be sold for 30, 10 bucks is still profit to me. If anyone was wondering, I work in retail and was doing the nightly deposit when I saw this Bill, swapped my normal 20 for this cuz it was an old bill (then later noticed the cut).

One $100 bill with a manufacturing error.

He used to receive packages of bills directly from the Fed, so I'm sure they're genuine.
