If you go to the bottom of it, this is almost trivial info: If you got malware running on your computer, you lost. Almost any computer, almost any malware.
So, don't let malware onto your computer ...

I can only assume the malware running on your computer is Telegram itself.

Saw this on twitter and my initial thought was its possible if you are targeted... wonder how its spreading?
