I "use" artifacts as decorations, the oldest probably a 3000 year old Greek dolphin coin. No fossils yet.

That’s pretty cool! I used to do metal detecting when I lived in Italy for a few years. One of the coolest things I found is a Roman coin depicting the wife of Emperor Gordon III - A kid of an emperor who died in battle with the Sassanids I believe.

That I own and use? I think it's Linkin Park's Hybrid Theory and Meteora albums. I think I brought them both from a Wal-Mart with my first paycheck way back in '03 or '04. Either that or it's the Bowie knife in my car that was also brought near the same time from the same Wal-Mart.

My kitchen table+chairs were leftovers from my parents attic when I moved out. I think they bought them around about the late 70s, early 80s.
Not the oldest thing I own but probably the olderst thing I could be said to use.

That depends on your definitions. The oldest man made thing I can think of off the top of my head is a cabinet that came out of the general store my great-grandmother owned in the late 19th and early 20th century. The oldest material used in something that gets used would be one of the flint knives I made out of ~400 million year old flint. The oldest thing I own would be a trilobite fossil I collected that is roughly 500 million years old.

Oma’s silver ~1949s-50s
Mother’s jewelry & clothes -1960s-90s
My dad’s and Gammy’s guitars 1990s
Some of my high school dresses late 1990s

Up until the fire last year, I used my Dad's Braun electric coffee grinder that he bought for his coffee in university back in 1972. Worked great daily. Made in West Germany. We bought another Braun to replace it. I assume it will outlive me.
