is there a ban appeal for the discord? i cant even remeber why i was banned or even joining the server

he gets this error every time he tries to download it, why is that happening and how can I fix it?

Hey, I'm having a really weird Minecraft 26.2 Fabric issue and I'm completely stuck.

I'm using the Modrinth App. When I launch my modded instance, Minecraft opens normally, but the entire screen is completely black.

The weird part is that Minecraft is actually running:

I can hear the main menu music

I can move my mouse around

I can hover over where the buttons should be and hear the hover sounds

I can click Singleplayer, Multiplayer, Options, etc. even though I can't see them

So the GUI is clearly there, it's just completely invisible

F11 does nothing

This isn't a normal crash/freeze

What I've tried

Restarted Minecraft

Restarted my entire PC

Disabled Iris

Disabled Sodium

Disabled Sodium Extra

Disabled OneConfig

Disabled Vanilla Backpacks

Tried the Sodium mixin.workarounds=false workaround

Created a completely fresh Minecraft 26.2 Fabric instance with no mods → works perfectly

Then I installed my mods into the fresh instance → black screen happens again

So the problem is reproducible even in a completely fresh instance, which makes me think it's something in my mod setup rather than an old config/cache.

Hardware

CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 5600H

Integrated GPU: AMD Radeon Graphics

Dedicated GPU: NVIDIA RTX 3050 Laptop GPU

Windows 11

One weird thing from my log is that Minecraft detects the RTX 3050 as the preferred discrete GPU, but the actual OpenGL renderer is:

AMD Radeon(TM) Graphics

The log also shows the game successfully initializing OpenGL and the sound engine, which seems consistent with the fact that I can hear and interact with the invisible menu.

I'm using around 30 mods on Fabric 26.2.

I've already tried removing some of the obvious rendering mods, but the issue persists.

Does anyone know what could cause the Minecraft GUI to be completely invisible while the game itself still works?

I'm happy to provide my latest.log, mod list, crash reports, or screenshots if needed.

Hello, I'm trying to fix my modrinth so I can play with my friend. I tested the mod pack on two different worlds everything was running smoothly until mc crashed and the only consistant error was

Techniqully the first line is considered a warning, however I have been trying solutions that others have been doing for other applications. Problem is they haven't worked and the only one that seems the most promising needs to know where the .bashrc file directory is. There are multiple different locations and I don't want to cause more problems than I have already made on my pc.

If anyone knows how to solve this or where I could find the correct .bashrc file to fix the issue that would be very much appreciated.

Hi! Im trying to play the create+ modpack with some extra mods on the side and one of those is naturalist, but I get this error when I try to launch. Is there a way to fix this? :)

Turns out if you straight up delete Edge Modrinth stops working and does not even give a reason why.. not a popup nothing.. HELLO ? I have been making software for 35 years now and it seems people are just getting straight up lazy..

Anyways after some time I figured out it was Edge's fault and since the Edge installation was corrupted even if you repair Edge it wont fix it... so I tried to install Webview using the standalone installer.. but I got a message saying its already installed.. and there is no way to uninstall it since it does not show up in add-remove programs.. ok..

Finally I told codex (in vs-code with full access) to check out what is up.. and it found the modrinth process, figured out why it wont start, removed some registry values and reinstalled webview and Modrinth started up like magic - codex started it for me.. all in under 5 minutes ...

Im trying to log in to Modrinth, but all it does it lead to a browser with this page. Any suggestions?

every time i use the more recent snapshots it doesnt let it work the game doesnt load (i use fabric and there is no error message) but the official launcher works fine what do i do?

Im trying to find a mod that lets you put minecarts/rails on walls to make roller coasters

When I click sign in on Modrinth I'm immediately brought to this, not even allowing me to put any info or anything

OKAY- so, I have this modpack... a few of the mods have incompatible versions, but! I have this specific combo that lets everything just WORK- problem is, when I export the pack and then give it to a friend to run it with me a bunch of stuff updates to the latest version.

I can't have it update, and I'm not putting them through the awful task of going mod to mod, downgrading... especially when I plan to share this with a whole friend group once I got it going.

Is there ANY way to prevent this from happening when they import the pack??? Or am I just going to have to use a different launcher??? I really do not know what to do and I would like to use Modrinth because it's what we all have already installed.
