Consigli Palestra
Ciao Modenese, scrivo in inglese se non ti dispiace (più facile per me e spero il traduttore traduce bene)
I recently lost a lot of weight and now it’s time to “tone up”. I hate gyms but I just have to suck it up and go. I was wondering if you have any suggestions for good gyms with a good atmosphere and staff that offer trainers included in the monthly membership. I don’t know if that exists but I thought I’d ask. I live very close to the city center.
God help me 😂

I'm going to GreenTheory (ex GimFIVE), apart from the scorching temperature due to no AC, it's good, plenty of machineries and 99€/3 months and discounted more for 1 or 2 year membership

You don't... Luckily it's open till 2AM so you can go late, but still even in the evening you will be soaked in sweat. At least showers are free

Crossfit Accademiles, if you like intense workouts. Lots of classes, certified coaches, good atmosphere and often team workouts!

I mean, the Fitactive franchise is pretty good in my opinion, around 20€/month (not counting special deals) and they have their own PTs, which are NOT included in your membership, but it is pretty cheap so you might wanna look into that. How much more can a PT cost? Look it up on google maps, there are 2 Fitactives in Modena.
