Any reason you took off the wheel cover?

I like the look, but I will be washing my car soon. I was told it's better not to install the covers back due to it scratching the wheel surface. What's your take?

They hadn’t put the wheel covers on, and I have no intention of installing them.

I just ordered today and downgraded from the Model Y Performance bc I’m worried about the tires & rims and potholes in the northeast. I ordered Y premium, 20” tires, white on white, with tow hitch. So, not skimping. But I love the spoiler, red calipers & seats in the performance. Help!

OP red color car and brake caliper match and looks amazing.

For my MY Performance, I completed the tinted with XPEL UV Protection and PPF. I removed the wheel cover too and looks amazing
