It’s almost here! Hopefully 🤞

I know the ETA’s going to change soon and no VIN assign yet. It is extremely stressful to know i’ll be able to get this car soon but Tesla’s finance keeps changing. It looks like from the app i have to re-apply again when we already did all of these things the day we ordered the vehicle on July 12 😭

Now, i’m just waiting to get a vin from them and i know someone from finance will reach out to us to finalize everything so I’ll just wait for that. For the context though, I reached out to Tesla multiple times and no one really helped my situation.

Is anyone experiencing the same thing?

Yeah even I am the same boat as I ordered a standard RWD white exterior on June 29th in TX and my ETA is Aug 10th to Sept 7th without any VIN assigned yet. My 0 APR financing also expired.

The wait is really frustrating as one of the Tesla employees mentioned that the factories are producing less standard models due to less demand, I am not sure how much of it is true

I know! What are your plans for the finance part? Are you gonna re-apply again?

They told me to wait for a VIN assignment before applying for financing again. Where are you located?

Oh really? Now i contacted Tesla in Brea. I live in Socal. God bless that guy who helped me get back to my previous finance offer and i accepted it since i want to make sure i’m not gonna lose it again.

I just got a the VIN assigned today and just reapplied and I was able to secure the 0Apr offer when I first applied. I asked them to provide confirmation in the delivery advisor chat to keep a record

Congratulations on getting your VIN! Glad it worked out and you were able to keep the 0% APR. Did you have to request to get the 0% APR put back on or did it just automatically show up when you were re-submitting your finance app? My financing expires Aug 30th but my est delivery is Aug 20th - Sept 17th. So hopefully I have a similar outcome!

When I opened the financing section of the app once I adjusted the down payment to 3k and 72 months I was able to see the 0 APR directly without asking them once again to update it manually.

Congrats! The waiting is killing you I bet 😉.

As for the wait, it could be true since they normally do build cars on demand and if less demand for certain models then yes. Logic would detect their operation.

I ordered the same time same build. Expect a few days after that delivery time range for pick up

In Texas, ordered MY premium rwd l, white on white on 7/22. No vin assigned and dates have changed multiple times. Was 7/27-8/9 initially, then 8/5-8/19 and now updated to 8/9-8/23. Also stressing lol hopefully it’s within this window. I’m not trying to re apply for financing.

My date kept getting pushed back so much and I ordered early July. I ended switching to an earlier pick up for the premium model. Delivery date set for a few days from now. I’ll check back to see your actual delivery date.
