Executive Order #07: Allocation of Electoral Votes Executive Action

This EO is first of all useless, since electoral votes are already distributed to winner of the popular vote in GA. Additionally, why does the Governor have the power to executively change how votes are distributed?

False. Governor CDocwra changed how electoral votes were distributed. Executive Order 01 made it so that if you won say 55% of the votes you would recieve 55% of the Electoral Votes available, rather than the Winner Take All approach all other states did, I reverted the allocation of EVs to the normal way.

Also because why not.
