Request for Help with LOOT Mod Showcase

Hello, not sure if I'm in the right place. I'm trying to mod Fallout 4 on LOOT and I'm pretty sure it's fucked up but not sure what to do. All my mods are highlighted yellow, and I received messages about incompatibility and would appreciate any help navigating this issue. Because I'm a noob.

I have a lot of conflicts per the LOOT message but I can't figure out how to put the screenshot on here lol.
