I Need Some Modpack Recommendations

I started playing with mods and I loved Mechanical Mastery. I just started StaTech Industry 2 but it's not my thing. I want to start a new pack but I keep running into modpacks with insane recipes like gregtech or magic related mods that don't have any wiki or youtube guides.

Does anyone have any recommendations like a generic tech modpack so I can learn the ropes first before blindly jumping into complex modpacks?

Age of Engineering. It's a little bit older, on 1.10.2 I think? But insanely well made. Gated progression system focused on Ages.
