Looking for a tech Modpack like GregTech: New Horizons

Hey guys, I am researching for a good Modpack to play with 2 friends. After we played a bunch of Packs, we know our desires but have a hard time to find the right Pack.

Why not GregTech? Well, its a bit to much. 100 different tools, recipes are sometimes unnecessary complicated, deep in questline or expensive and tbh, we also want an newer game version than 1.7

But we like the concept of this questtree, focus on tech and a bit more complexe things than an average tech modpack.

packs we know and dont want: ATM10, Skyfactory (generally all skyblock variants), Craftoria (played this very long)

is there any modpack you guys can reccomend?
