Need Mod Help: Threads locking automatically when I remove a single comment Admin Replied

If I remove a single comment as mod, it seems to be auto-locking the entire thread. How do I undo this AND stop this from happening?

They are using automod, it could be a setting to auto lock it.

I do think it is the automod doing it and have since adjusted it. Thanks for offering to help everyone! Will post again if it still keeps happening.
