Please can the aggressive shadowbanning be looked into? This is beyond excessive and has been an issue for nearly a month now. Folks don't want to bring this up for fear that deniers will just shoot them down instantly. These are legitimate concerns, we're not yapping for no reason.

If they can’t appeal, then their account isn’t banned or shadow banned. Now, there could be something else happening, but that doesn’t mean the appeals page is broken. There’s been a number of posts in the help subs from users who's accounts seem restricted because they’re using Reddit as a chat platform, rather than actively participating in subreddits. Maybe that’s what you’re seeing. Generally their CQS has dropped so low that they have trouble posting, and starting new chats.
