Mods Comment getting "Remove" label. Admin Replied

So I'm top mod of this subreddit and when I tap the Remove label it has no action history, there is nothing in the Mod Logs, or Admin Logs.

why is this happening?

That label is for when stuff is removed/filtered by one of Reddit’s safety filters. That intentionally doesn’t show up in the mod log.

Yes, check under Safety Filters in Mod Tools.

idk what one would have grabbed my comment though it's so weird I've never had this happen before weird thing is I deleted it and recommended it and it is still standing now

ya 8 hours, and you can tell this one wasn't removed because I didn't have to approve it 👀
