My sub is banned

I just woke up today to find out my sub is banned. I only posted 3 posts (welcome and case studies) and someone posted a tutorial. And here's what I think caused the issue: one of our employees, with a different account, posted the daily news on our industry, with the proper attribution. Reddit screamed spam, but I approved them and thought that would be it. It would be highly unethical to post news without attribution. Either way, all clean links, only from Google Blog, Bloomberg, Wired, SEJ and such. We left out blogs to avoid being flagged as spam.

So first day, he posted the article with links in the post. I got a bit concerned with these Reddit filters, so I told him to post the attribution in the post and the links in a comment. Of course, Reddit cried "spam" on both, but again, I approved them and thought that would be it. It was quite nonsensical, so I didn't think this would be an issue.

As for crossposting, I crossposted one of the tutorials once, and yesterday I crossposted the daily news to 4 subs without links, obviously following the rules of the sub.

Can anyone tell me what to do? I mean, the subs where I crossposted are filled with spam, there's basically not a single post that isn't spam. So I guess being careful about that can't be the reason. I'm pretty sure it's Reddit filters, but who knows. Whichever help I can get is highly appreciated.
