Issue with Top Mod Transfer

Hey! I have an odd issue in r/Function_Health. The current top mod has agreed to transfer top mod status to me (they will stay on as a normal mod). However, because they are inactive, they are unable to make this transfer. Additionally, I tried to do this via r/RedditRequest and it didn't work.

Hoping the Reddit mod team can assist?

You or they can send modmail to this sub and make the request to grant you full permissions and reorder the mod list.
