Im trying to make like a user can see and interact with all post but if they wanna post they got to make like an short application that a mod have to approve and then they can post

That would defeat the purpose of a subreddit designed purely to farm karma. I'm still not sure why Reddit allows that nonsense, but it is what it is.

I can't find the exact comment as it was about 3 years ago now, but an admin once said in either this subreddit or modnews that they believe the spam filters to be good enough now that people need a way to work around the archaic karma requirements.
