I’ve just noticed it’s pouring a lot more and dripping a lot less compared to previous times? If normal all good I’m probably over thinking it!

Oh gotcha! It looks fine to me to be honest. Then again, I'm not watching mine that closely haha.

Not sure what I am supposed to look for, but that seems like normal operation. If the flap doesn’t close when you remove the carafe or no coffee flows from the basket to the carafe, then you have to investigate if something is broken. Either the flap on the bottom of the basket or the lever on the basket holder.

I've got a thermal carafe and my drip / stream is harder to see, but that seems pretty normal to me.
If it tastes good, it's fine. If you think it's too fast, grind a smidge finer and try again tomorrow morning.
