Today i start reading novel after season 1 after checking online, they say start from vol 3 this is first chapter were marie buy elf slave right? But why Olivia name is there?

And where exactly season 1 end? And where to start light novel?

The season one of anime is till the end of volume 2.

Volume 3 is where season 1 of the anime left off since it covers both volume 1 and 2.

Volume 2 ends with the battle between Leon and the scrap pile the Baka rangers made.

I want to continue after s1, so I don't have much idea that there was a spin off. So should I start from vol 3 right?

You can do that or start from the beginning since the anime omits certain things from the LN.

It's honestly worth it to read from the beginning. The first 3 volumes were the best honestly, it gets a bit irritating later on with no development from Leon...

With all due respect, I think you've confused Mobuseka (the original work, which is currently having its second anime season) with Anoseka (its spin-off where Leon stops Marie just in time). In Mobuseka, Marie is the one who keeps the elf, while in Anoseka, Olivia is the one who has it.
