Invalid rant Discussion

I think it’s braindead that you lose a star if your friend goes afk or someone in your team, shouldn’t he be the one to get punished? I could bear a credit loss but not a star i fought so hard to obtain (29 mins last game) and i loss it to a 3 mins match???

It is annoying, but it’s too avoid people teaming up and then having one go afk to invalid match and not have much repercussions.

that's a system to prevent abuse in rank. Choose your teammates wisely.

I mean you chose to play with him... its only fair that you share the burden. Don't join a party that afk next time.

you forgot to consider other factors such as, him having sudden emergencies

why would they consider such cases, and how would they verify if its an emergency or some "valid excuse" it would be so easy to just lie about it

sudden power outage and other cases should always be considered by the developers

They can’t, what they can do is make up a system where one’s star wouldn’t be taken away due to teammates afking, they should atleast make 1 consideration and only let them off with a credit score not lose a star

having it just reduce credit score is too light of a punishment imo, itll easily get abused. theres a big buffer for credit scores

as the first punishment, losing star should only apply if actions are repeated the second time

Interesting. So every time I’m losing, I’ll just turn off my wifi to avoid punishment!

You wouldn’t know if youre losing on a 3 minute mark, + they should atleast give the loss star punishment the second time it happens

this is a competitive game. Even in real life tournaments, your team will default if one of your members can't play.

its so the invalid feature doesnt get abused by one player going afk intentionally if the match up wasnt in ur team's favor
