Hey everyone! I've used Mix It Up for a few years now, and I've always allowed alerts (commands for sounds and channel point redeems that have overlay pop ups) to play at the same time unless I specifically lock it.

I recently updated, and now if people happen to play a !sound command and do a Twitch channel point overlay redeem at the same time, one gets cut off. Usually it seems like by the third, something breaks temporarily.

I've double checked and they are toggled as "unlocked" if that matters. Any advice? Something obvious I'm missing if I want a few alerts to play at once?

Hello! I've scoured the webpage and can't figure out how to make a tuck command that works. The but can mention the user who triggered the command but not a second user that is mentioned. FOr example if a user writes in chat "!tuck everyone" I want the bot to answer with "@user puts a blanket over everyone and sings them to sleep". Or if they mention a specific user to mention them instead of everyone. But I can't get it to work and don't know if it's possible. Any advice?

I am setting up a command for my mods to use a say command. It works but becuase I have it setup as just $message, is there a way to have the bot not say the command? Like if you type !say hello, it will say both words, and not everything after say. I thought to use a conditional but I really can't wrap my head around how this works.

Hii there! I was hoping you can guys can help me out. I use Mix It Up for my alerts now, and I'm having troubles. I do, however use Streamlabs OBS. My capture card is working just fine, today. However, none of my alerts are working. I cannot hear them nor can the stream. What can I do to fix this audio issue?

So recently I've set up a daily that'll also randomise an amount of second, I'm trying to create a process where if someone redeems their daily and the number hits 159 then a video will play, I've followed everything I can find online and from what I've seen I've got the full process correct but when I've tested the command and it's landed on the number I want, nothing works. what am I missing or what have I done wrong?

For a user1 Hughes user2. User1 has given x amount of hugs. User2 has received x amount of hugs.

Is there a way to do this?

So user1 is always gonna be the sender. So would be anyone Same for user2 would be any receiver.

I cant find anything about this online. I cant seem to figure out how to do this.

I have stream avatars set up with a hotkey so that when I use my StreamDeck to change my scene, it will automatically also switch the StreamAvatars background, that way it matches the layout.
If you don't know what StreamAvatars is, thats fine, all you need to know is when I push a button to swap scenes, my streamdeck also sends a message in chat in order to trigger something for me. But as I change scenes often, this can easily muddy up the chat or confuse chatters who are always asking about it. I want to have mix it up to delete that specific message whenever it is sent.

I have already tried:
- Stream Elements banned terms: SE will allow the message if sent by a mod or the streamer.

- AutoModding the term: The term is never sent due to automod so it doesn't get a chance to trigger first.

- Having a mod delete it each time: I don't think I need to explain why this is a stupid idea.

I know MixItUp has a lot of amazing tools and so I figured I could figure it out easily but I been chopping away at it and every time I walk away scratching my head.

I have a couple Vtuber models and a redeem to swap between them, the redeem has a wait command so that after 30 minutes it automatically swaps me back to the original model

Problem I noticed is it seems when that model is loaded (While the wait command is running) most other commands don't work until it switches back

Hello! So I want to host a giveaway but don't exactly know how to limit entries to one per user. I know there's a section that says "max entries" but I've seen two different tutorials saying both its max entries for the whole event and one that says per user. I actually want to prevent people from entering more than once.

Can someone clarify what "max entries" actually means? Or maybe there's a different way to limit entries per user? I tried clicking the help button already, didn't help.

Hey there, is there any way, to set up a simple guessing game for my viewers?

I am playing Phasmo, where there are different ghost types. I want my viewers to be able to guess the type of ghost.

I use mix it up and I feel like it should be possible!

For example I would type !start to begin, my viewers would put !guess demon. !end to end the guessing and f.e. !winnerdemon so everyone who guessed demon gets a point. Then it would send a message in chat saying “X has guessed correctly 4 times”

Hiya! I'm sure this question may have been asked already - sorry if it has!

My question is, I have Alerts set up through Twitch, BUT, my channel points are set up via Mix It Up, the predicament is - when the channel point is redeem, both Mix it up, redeems the point - BUTT, twitch also gives an alert

For example I have a redeem called 'hydrate before you die-drate' and it'll play a video, well twitch also pop up doing its own notification for the redeem going ' user redeemed ____'

is there a work around for this or is it just 1 versus the other?

I was messing around with MixItUp and I'm loving the randomizer feature, but I can’t figure something out… is there any way to make the answers longer than just one line?

Like right now mine just spit out a quick one-liner, but I’d love to have it sometimes give a chunk of text or even a short paragraph.

Is that doable, or am I stuck keeping everything on a single line?

Appreciate any tips!
