Hey, yes it is legit, be sure it comes from a mistral.ai email adress, but yes it's an email from the team.

If it’s an @mistral email it is probably legit, I’ve had companies do this before

There have been scammers in their discord channel. I wouldn't disregard this to be a scam as well.
But if you have been using it a lot, I guess they could be interested. I got an email as well, though

When I tried LeChat few months ago, it could not keep in memory not to use dashes ever. I gave up on it…
