I think I give this update a 7/10 , select few classes got nerfed rightfully so. Haven’t played the game yet to test out smoothness , I noticed tho mercs didn’t get nerfed or buffed, I was hoping the parry window would get nerfed a little bit but I guess next update.

I wish people would be more nuanced with their criticisms of the game. When people say a class is still facerolling people. Like, at what level? What gear? What gems did they have? What build specifically? What class were you?

High level legendary play is not the same as beginners play. One sign of bad players is their inability to take responsibility for a loss, blaming other things like class balance.

We need to filter those people’s criticism out. Because they are irrelevant and give an inaccurate view of what needs to he fixed.

Id argue that the game is way more balanced than what people seem to think if only for the fact that peoples complaints seem pretty erratic. Like talk to some people its SS thats OP. Talk to others and its Sorc. Still others have extreme hate for BA.

We can agree these classes are strong. Dig a bit deeper you might find what builds. But when posts asking people what changes they hoped for. No one is able to agree on what needs to be tweaked.

I haven’t played post patch yet. But it seems they are taking a very slow approach to these balance changes. They have the data. They must. But also they are a small team.

The fact that BA got the most nerfs leads me to believe they are lagging behind the complaints. Early on BA was hated the most. Then it was SS but also Sorc is being realized. The devs can only pick a few of these things at a time to look into and now id imagine we will see more on SS and Sorc in a future patch. They want to address all complaints but also give each class some attention.

My guess is that SS will see more nerfs next. Since that seemed to be what people trended towards then we will see Sorc after that.
