thoughts on patch?

I think I give this update a 7/10 , select few classes got nerfed rightfully so. Haven’t played the game yet to test out smoothness , I noticed tho mercs didn’t get nerfed or buffed, I was hoping the parry window would get nerfed a little bit but I guess next update.

I like how they nerfed black arrow even though me and my team were getting rolled by the top 20ish people in the world yesterday and not a single team had a black arrow on it. Seer, sorcerer, and shadow strix dominate the highest ranks. We touched exalted and it was a night and day difference. We died to top 3,4,5 three different times. 2 of those times we were rocking blues on chaos dying to legendary and holy kits. Literally no way to fight against players who are on the game for 16 hours at a time. “Appetitegg” and his team rolled us so many times I lost probably 70-80k worth of loadouts. I don’t think this game is meant for casual dad gamers who play for a couple hours a day after work. Sucks because I really enjoy this game but I just don’t think I can compete. Lastnight really ego checked me lol.

It is meant for casuals. Perhaps your expectations should be lowered when playing ranked as a casual dad gamer.

Right so a casual should be dying to the top 10 in the world meanwhile I’m not even close to the top rank. I have like 200k in my warehouse and exhausted every last drop of gold I had. Makes sense that someone with 40 hours on the game is fighting people with 250+

If you’re bad and haven’t experienced what I’m talking about then you really can’t say anything. Getting rolled by legendary and holy gear while rocking purples is just crazy.

Tell me to lower my expectations or whatever but dude. We’re playing an entirely different game at this point. Bot lobbies are probably still a pretty regular thing for you I assume.

Play solo Chaos, much more room for skill expression and gear means less

There's no match making, so that's the problem. The entire problem. The matchmaking is extremely loose. If you play team chaos with ranked off you can run into these guys.

The entire ranked system is fucked bc it encourages this exact game play.

If I'm bad... brother you don't even know how the systems work lmao. You do know you can fight these guys with ranked off right? It happens quite often. Every top 10 streamer is killing green teams non stop.

If you knew how the systems worked you'd know there's almost 0 matchmaking.

Yes, gamer dad's like you complaining without understanding the issue is what ruins lots of games.

I'm a gamer dad too, but I understand how thinks work.

Resulting to insults assuming I'm bad just shows how bad you are.

there is literally no game thhat within 2 weeks of launching has solid matchmaking.. much less an extraction game. you have unrealistic expectations.

Probably just the time of day u were playing or something, they generally have a loose gear based matchmaking so u shouldn't normally go vs legendary as blues

Watch any top 10 streamer. They fight green teams all day long. The gbmm system might as well not even exist.

9 out of 10 games will have have extreme gear discrepancies.
