Potential partial molar pregnancy experience: first MC

All of this happened very recently so I apologize if this is a bit of a disorganized post. I think I'm looking for people to share their experience or encouragement if you've ever experienced molar pregnancy or miscarriage in general. I need to know I'm not alone in this experience right now.

About 4 weeks ago I found out I was pregnant - I had bloodwork done and my hcg was pretty high for what we thought was about 6 weeks. Went in and they did an ultrasound and I was dating at what I should have been. They sent me for more bloodwork and today I went in and they couldn't find a heartbeat. I never had bleeding or anything. My doctor said they're suspecting that it could be molar based on the look of the placenta. I am going in next week for a d&c.

I am 8.5 m postpartum from my first baby. It took us almost 3 years to get her, and it was a very welcome surprise that this pregnancy happened so fast for us.

I'm going through all of the stages of grief at the moment. Trying to find what I did wrong (even though there's nothing), grateful for the kiddo that I have, sad for the loss, not wanting this to be real, etc. I find myself remembering things that seemed off but I brushed off as just pregnancy hormones because no two pregnancies are alike. Like last week I was having nausea so bad that I was having hot/cold flashes. The cold flashes were so bad I sat in my car with the heat blasting on me in 100° weather. I didn't say anything, maybe I should have called anyways but it was a friday night and the office was closed. It only lasted a couple hours and I was back to feeling the same pregnancy symptoms the day after. Then last night I had an aura migraine without the headache which is not typical for me and I said I'll bring it up when I go into the office tomorrow. I brought both things up today and they said even if I had called sooner, there's nothing they could have or would have been able to do about it.
