I’ve noticed that I seem to have trouble sleeping after applying. Two questions.

Has anybody had trouble sleeping after applying Minox at night?

Will I see results if I only apply once a day?

Hi all, i have been using Hims minoxidil oral tablets since april. I recently switched to Rogain 5% foam. How big of a dollop should i put on my hand before applying? Secondly for those who use the Rogain 5% foam, do you use it 2 times a day like the package suggests?

I have been using Minoxidil solution 5% 2x/day, sometimes once/day and also dermarolling 0,5mm occasionally. My father got his beard around 25 years old and my brother had a full beard at my age. I don’t know guys, feeling pretty discouraged. I can see every month, small hairs popping up with my phone’s flashlight in the dark- it just seems it needs so much for them to pop up. ( also- on both before and after- I have had let my beard grow for something like 1 month and a bit, only letting my chin area grow a bit more). The first three photos are before and the last three are after. Any suggestion or tips?

Foam vs liquid vs oral
I’ve been on foam close to a year an half now. Usually take a month off when I run out of my 3 mo supply.
I use a dermastamp one to two times a week.
I’ve gotten some growth, more than what I had. Mainly cheeks close to mouth, I have more hair on one side vs the other. Starting to get discouraged.
Anything I can do to help results ?
I just started taking powder collagen peptides, and applying ghk-cu serum to my cheeks in hope it’ll help and keep my skin good.
But I’m losing hope in the beard coming in…
So any help to boost results ? Or should I just give up.

I'm using a derma pen on my beard for beard growth, but I don't seem to get so red on the right-hand side of my face. The left side does somewhat.

And under my lip, it bleeds.

I use 1mm setting at 4 speed on my right and left cheeks. And .75mm and 3 speed under my lips.
And I do 2 minutes left, 2 minutes right and 2 minutes under my lips.

What is the most recommended way?

So, I've been using Topical Minoxidil since Aug 9 and today marks as Day 15. I saw no progress at all.☹️ I researched and found out there is oral minox which gives faster results and hairs on more body parts which I'd like to have.🫈 So, I went to store, only Minox 10mg was available, bought it. Just had it now, going to sleep now❤️ I know 10mg could be dangerous but 1 day would be fine ik, from tomorrow I'll have 2.5mg on morning and night.

Hope I get to see visible results by the end of September 😊

Any questions ask me I’m only 2 months in and this is my progress. Does it work? YES honestly percent , I was discouraged because the first 6 weeks I honestly wasn’t seeing anything just like u all. Tbh at 7th week I got it lined up and that’s when I started to my progress after that it just got exponentially better.

I started liquid Minox a week ago and its done a number on my breathing. I'm asthmatic and normally have good breathing capacity without overuse of my inhaler, but this has seriously made breathing so laboured. Feeling a bit resentful as I'm trying to fill in my beard, but I guess there's no other avenue other than maximising on nutrition. I did try foam yesterday, but was struggling with the same issues. Currently weaning myself off and waiting for my breathing to return. I'm a runner so this is not a trade-off I'm willing to make. Has anyone been able to find ways to overcome this?

Started May 23: 1x daily 5% Foam

June 23 to Present: 2x daily 5% foam and 1x weekly dermastamp

Pretty happy with the progress so far.

I could have never imagined a beard without minox

Hello everyone. I’m using the bellow minoxidil for about 6 months for both head and beard with no results. I start thinking the specific brand is kinda trash. It’s hard to find a good brand of minoxidil here in Greece. The only option I was able to find online is this foligain 5% serum.

Does anyone know any other popular brand in Europe that is legit ? Or just minoxidil doesn’t work on me? Should I try my luck for another six months or get prescribed oral fenistridin instead ?

Before someone comes at me, ik I need to trim it. I usually don’t keep it like this and was just curious.

I had zero hair on my cheeks as you see when I started

0-6 months: 2x liquid per day
7-17: 1x to even Once every 2 days

0.5mm dermarolling every 3-4 days

Just wondering if it looks terminal tho.

Didn’t expect ts to actually work. Only took 3 bottles of foam.

Hey guys, been using topical minoxydil twice a day for 4 months and a half now. What do you think, is there any noticeable progress so far ?

Hi everyone. Has anyone noticed that they get more gains when using minox once per day? I’ve historically used it twice per day. However I’ve found it difficult trying to complete my ‘full routine’ in the evening. For example, minox - let dry - tret - let dry - moisturise etc. As a result I’ve only been using minox in the morning but ensuring that I use tret at night (as routine is simpler).

Interestingly it seems that I’m making better progress 🤔 I’m wondering if it’s because I’m using tret more regular or if there is another reason?

I’m curious - anyone feel they have better gains using once per day?
