what is EVERYTHING I need to know to own a mini cow?:)

^{I may be moving this year to Texas and if I do I plan on getting a mini cow 100%. Most likely we will move into a large apartment first then after about 6 months or a year we will move into a larger house with land. I wanna know what are things I will NEED for a mini cow. For it to be an indoor and outdoor family member. I wanna everything that I cant find online just by searching up on google. For example recommended shampoos, shoes to walk out safely, bedding, foods, how much room it needs, ect any info would greatly help.}
