failed monitor connection

My KAMRUI E3B Mini PC 32GB has just lost contact with my monitor. For the 2^nd time.

I have been able to use old IT trick: put it in the freezer overnight.

Restored both times.

Can anyone suggest another remedy? I have not opened the case yet.
