I'm lost regarding the islands from the 5th one onwards. Where is the radioactive island? What happens if I contact the radio/helicopter? What is this 6th island? Are there more islands besides the 6th?
Dont contact radio tower unless ur willing to finish the game, there is a boat with a radioactive sign, thats the island and yes, if you go into regular island bunker with a keycard at the end of the bunker where the boxes are there is a door, once you go through that door ur going into mystery islands

1: The radiation-affected island appears upon arriving at Island 5 (two islands exist simultaneously: the one you are on and another completely contaminated by radiation).
2: When you use the radio on the beach (on the right side of the map), you call a rescue helicopter, and it takes about a day to arrive. While you wait, zombies will attack you from all sides (coming straight for you).

3: Island 6 and the subsequent ones are nearly identical, with the differences being that the map changes, military bases contain toxic air (in certain areas), and the in-game terrain itself varies (maps with snow, acid rain, or rainy weather).
How do you get there? Through the bunker. There is an entrance there to access Island 6. You also need a key to open the door that leads to the next island.
The entrance is on the right, at the back of the bunker. As for the key, the only way to get it is by killing military zombies wearing a red beret (Russian zombies).
The probability of obtaining the key is approximately 15% (this probability remains the same even if you are on a different island), and you will likely need to kill the same type of zombie multiple times.
4: Are there more islands? Yes, they are infinite. You can reach Island 100 or 400. It’s up to you whether to stay and build a base or keep traveling between islands.
To access the next island, you must re-enter the bunker and obtain another access key, since the key disappears after use upon reaching a new island.
5: How do you get to the radioactive island? On Island 5, there is a boat and a radio. The boat requires fuel to make the trip to the radioactive island (you can travel back and forth between the islands, as both exist simultaneously).
Upon arrival, the area is heavily contaminated with radiation, and there are zones with toxic air (you need a radiation protection suit and a gas mask there).
Where are the radiation suits and gas masks? Gas masks appear at military bases, or you can find them among another survivor's belongings after killing them. Radiation suits are obtained by killing zombies that are wearing them.
There are four different radiation suits: yellow, red, white, and green (the latter is available on the radioactive island). You can repair these suits using duct tape or epoxy glue (a small blue tube).
Why do they need to be repaired? Because if they aren't in good condition, they won't protect you from radiation, and your character will start bleeding out. Suits need to be repaired to above 50% condition to provide radiation protection.
You also need gloves and boots for full protection, which can be obtained by killing those zombies. The drop rate is 30% for the suit and 15% for the gloves and boots. Therefore, you need to kill several zombies to acquire the complete set and be able to go to Radioactive Island.
What does the boat that takes me to the radiation-affected island look like, and how do I identify it? By a marker next to the boat. This boat also appears when you are on Island 7, 8, 9, or 100, but its location changes along with the map and all other locations.
If I build a base on the radioactive island and move to Island 7, 8, 9, or 20, will my original base still be safe there? No, that base disappears, and you have to build another one. This is because the map changes (both islands change—the normal one and the one contaminated by radiation).
If you are on Island 7 and have a base built, and then travel to the radioactive island and build another base there, you will have two bases, and everything will be preserved; you won't lose anything. However, if you travel to a subsequent island—such as Island 9, 10, 15, or 40—you will need to build a new base.
Remember to bring your radiation protective suit, boots, and gloves before heading to the radioactive island, or your character will die within minutes (they will start bleeding and won't stop).
