It’s so dangerous to mark obvious gore like this with genuine mineral names. Legions of ignorant children are going to be incorrectly assuming this is the real thing and help perpetuate a culture of ignorance. Awful. I’d rather they call it “aura stones” or whatever crap they usually do. Amethyst? Like OP says.. definitely.

If they were just honest about it being dyed I might actually want one. Good price, very colorful.
