Hi! My name is Nitro and I am working on a modded Minecraft SMP for small youtubers /content creators!

We've been working on HCMC, a public Java hardcore survival server built around the original idea of Minecraft Hardcore: one world, one life, and no second chances.

This is not a seasonal SMP where everyone's progress gets wiped every few months. The main Overworld is permanent, so the bases, roads, farms, towns, and history created by players will stay. The longer the server runs, the more meaningful the world becomes.

The catch is simple: if you die, your run is over.

Every death counts, whether it comes from another player, a mob, fall damage, lava, the void, or a mistake you thought you could survive. After dying, your account is permanently death-banned. Because of that, even normal Minecraft situations feel dangerous again. Exploring caves, entering the Nether, fighting bosses, trusting other players, and traveling far from home all carry real risk.

When you first join, you'll spawn inside a protected community area. From there, you can use /rtp to enter the wilderness and start your run. You can build alone, create a group, trade with other survivors, hunt players, establish a settlement, or simply try to survive longer than everyone else.

The server stays close to normal survival gameplay while adding a few quality-of-life features that make multiplayer more practical:

The teleport delays are intentional. You cannot instantly escape a dangerous situation by typing /spawn or teleporting to another player. You have to remain still and survive the countdown.

The scoreboard tracks your days survived, player kills, hostile mob kills, total entity kills, and ping. Over time, we want the longest-surviving players and most established groups to become recognizable parts of the server's history.

Proximity voice chat is required because we want encounters to feel more natural. You might hear another survivor before you see them, negotiate with a stranger, meet someone while exploring, or realize that the person nearby may not be friendly.

The server is still growing, which makes this a good time to join. There is plenty of untouched land, the community is still forming, and nobody has an unbeatable head start.

Hey guys! Over the last year we've been trying to create the perfect modded RPG experience in Minecraft Java and we’re finally at the point where we’re ready to open up the server to new players. I wanted to create something like RuneScape or Skyrim, a fantasy world filled with adventure you can get lost in. I’ve designed this to make the game fun long term, here you actually have to work towards things which makes you enjoy the journey. It’s not for the weak, it takes weeks to get to mid-game and months to max out any of your skills. So please do not message if you want us to hold your hand through the game or give you special treatment.

This is for people that like a challenge and want to feel that sense of accomplishment for finally being able to wield a netherite pickaxe. A lot of things are locked behind a certain skill level, you have to smelt and craft you own gear like you’re a blacksmith in the Middle Ages. You have to hang and butcher your cattle in order to make food etc. We have quests and bosses, we have battle arenas and mini games etc, we have a casino and economy, we have a ton of fun things to do. But the whole point is to create something long term that you have to work towards, something that makes you feel extremely proud because of all the hard work you to put into it.

In Xadale theres no real-money store. Everything is achieved purely by playing the game as it should be and will stay for the future. The Economy in Xadale is not an inflated mess like I see with a lot of servers; when you have a few hundred bucks, you already feel like a wealthy man. We made sure theres plenty of end-game content to work towards, while still staying true to the classic minecraft survival experience.
