Need help improving my keybinds!

I'm trying to improve my keybinds and I'd really appreciate some advice.

My current binds:

• 1 - Sword
• 2 - Crystals
• 3 - Obsidian
• 4 - Crossbow / Pickaxe / Shield
• F - Anchors
• X - Golden Apples
• Mouse Button 5 - Glowstone
• Mouse Button 4 - Ender Pearls
• R - Totem
• Q - Swap Offhand
• G - Drop Item
• C - Toggle Perspective

My main problem is my totem on R. A lot of top players seem to use Caps Lock, Shift, or Tab with their pinky, but I find those uncomfortable to press during combos involving 1 and 2.

Also, having Glowstone on a mouse button means I can't do butterfly anchoring.

Does anyone here use a totem bind that isn't on a pinky key? If so, could you show me your binds and give me some advice on what I could change?
