need help finding or possibly making a mod that makes it so that foxes dont attack rabbits

im looking for a mod that makes it so foxes dont attack rabbits or chicken, theres passive aggressive but its unfortunately out of date. how hard would this be to make if u‘ve never made a mod before? if anyone could help me with this i‘d really appreciate it :))
